Vireo A/R Online is the business platform you need to build dynamic payment forms, provide your clients with an online payment portal where they can see all open invoices, payment history and make payments via credit card and ACH (online check payments).

In addition, Vireo A/R Online allows your clients, patients or donors to schedule their payment for a future date, and request a payment plan. Payment plans can then be approved by you and Vireo will automatically charge their payment method on file weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually for the term of their plan.

Vireo integrates directly into Quickbooks, so you don’t have to change the way you do things.  But Vireo goes well beyond what Quickbooks can do, extending functionality to your payers to make it easy to do the most important thing you need them to do for you…pay their bills.

Even if you don’t use Quickbooks, you can upload invoices and customers from simple CSV or Excel files.  Vireo can also be used to register for events or take orders via POs or on account (without connecting a merchant account).
